Majesco Games Adds Chris Gray to the Team (NASDAQ:COOL)
Today Majesco Games announced that Chris Gray will be joining the company as Senior VP of Production. Gray has 25 years of experience in the gaming industry including nine years with Electronic Arts working on many projects, most notably Littlest Pet Shop. COOL is compensating Mr. Gray with 200,000 shares of restricted stock 100,000 shares will be vested equally over three years, while the remaining 100,000 share will give vested after certain agreed upon milestones have been reached.
Yesterday, Majesco Games also announced its line up for E3 beginning on July 15th. The line up includes:

As I have continuously stated in my coverage of our two gaming stocks, E3 is the mecca for games and how a company leaves the convention can make or break its year. Summer is the testing ground for these stocks in preparation for the holidays and year end. Currently COOL is trading at $.78 up .03 or 3.9% rising sharply at the open today.
